close to the sea, Symbol Tower of Sunport Takamatsu(a redeveloped
area at Takamatsu Port) affords an ideal panoramic view of the Seto
Inland Sea. Viewing platforms on the 30th floor of the tower and the
8th floor of the hall wing are recommended. Among the islands below
is Yashima Island, which resembles Hawaii's Diamond Head, in the north,
and in the south are the peaceful mountains of Kagawa Prefecture.

 Walking
along the waterfront in Takamatsu, the unique Seto Shirube beacon,
which is entirely made of red glass bricks, stands at the end of a
500-meter wooden pier. Enjoy a walk along the water, feeling the sea
breeze.
